Knutson Bros. II is a local, family-owned and operated Wisconsin LLC that was founded by Cindy Knutson Lycholat, and her husband Gerry Lycholat, in March of 1994.  Prior to founding Knutson Bros. II, Cindy was Vice President of Knutson Bros. Builders in West Allis, Wisconsin.  Knutson Bros. Builders was founded in 1955.  For over two decades Cindy's companies have developed a reputation for personalized service and proven craftsmanship. Knutson Bros II specializes in remodeling and addition projects.  Each project is designed to meet customer's individual needs and budget requirements.

We share an excellent rapport with our clients, architects and subcontractors by working closely with them during the entire construction process. Consequently, we are proud to say, the majority of our business is through referrals from past clients.
